“You,” “Client,” “User” refers to the person or entity using our website or services.
“Services” refers to automation solutions, lead response systems, chat/voice bots, and related offerings provided by IbarFlow.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts to use our services. By signing up, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
You agree to use our services only for lawful business purposes.
You are responsible for providing accurate information (e.g., CRM credentials, contact details) required for setup.
You agree not to misuse our platform, engage in fraudulent activities, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
All content, branding, website design, and proprietary technology of IbarFlow remain our property.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.
You retain ownership of your data, leads, and content that we process on your behalf.
Fees for services will be outlined in your proposal, agreement, or subscription plan.
Payments are due as per the agreed billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
Late payments may result in suspension of services until dues are cleared.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by notifying us.
Refund eligibility is subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy (see dedicated page).
Setup and one-time onboarding fees are non-refundable.
Your privacy is important to us. By using our services, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and protect your information.
While we strive for 99% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance, third-party outages, or unforeseen issues.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by factors outside our control (e.g., internet outages, third-party CRM/API downtime).
IbarFlow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability in any case will not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 3 months for the specific service in question.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to services if you breach these Terms.
You may also terminate services at any time by giving written notice.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
