At IbarFlow, we aim to deliver high-quality automation services with transparency and fairness. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.
You may cancel your subscription or service at any time by notifying us in writing (email or support ticket).
Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Setup and one-time onboarding fees are non-refundable.
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
Monthly Subscriptions: If you cancel within 7 days of your initial payment and have not fully used the service, you may request a partial refund.
Annual Subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds may be issued if cancellation occurs within 30 days of purchase, subject to deduction of setup/onboarding fees.
Service Failure: If we fail to deliver a service as described in your agreement and are unable to resolve the issue within 14 days of notice, you may request a refund for the unused portion.
Change of mind after successful service delivery.
Lack of usage of the service despite availability.
Delays or failures caused by third-party providers (e.g., CRM downtime, WhatsApp API outages, internet failures).
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
International transactions may take additional time due to banking processes.
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
