Refund & Cancellation Policy

At IbarFlow, we aim to deliver high-quality automation services with transparency and fairness. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.

 

1. Service Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription or service at any time by notifying us in writing (email or support ticket).

  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Setup and one-time onboarding fees are non-refundable.

 

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: If you cancel within 7 days of your initial payment and have not fully used the service, you may request a partial refund.

  • Annual Subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds may be issued if cancellation occurs within 30 days of purchase, subject to deduction of setup/onboarding fees.

  • Service Failure: If we fail to deliver a service as described in your agreement and are unable to resolve the issue within 14 days of notice, you may request a refund for the unused portion.

 

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after successful service delivery.

  • Lack of usage of the service despite availability.

  • Delays or failures caused by third-party providers (e.g., CRM downtime, WhatsApp API outages, internet failures).

 

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

  • International transactions may take additional time due to banking processes.

 

5. Changes to Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
